The Sports Lodge currently offers youth and adult soccer, flag football, sand and indoor volleyball, basketball and sports performance training.

Sports Performance Training - Boost Sports Performance currently taking appointments for individual, small group and team training sessions.
Additional group Speed, Agility and Quickness sessions and
Explosive Movement sessions during the week.

New Adult Coed League - RecRec League will be played on Sunday Evenings Sports Lodge is offering a true recreational division of adult coed indoor
soccer.  This division is meant for the beginning player and the player with a
mentoring attitude. It is not meant for the “macho man” or “mean girl” that get their kicks from beating up on somebody.  There is room for a few more skilled players, as long as they have a “mature” attitude.
